After many years working together for another agency, in both the UK and US, we got together for a drink in Austin, Texas. Unsatisfied with the direction and policies of our employer we decided a sole focus on KPI driven, money focused recruitment was not the answer for sustainable growth.

We want to use our talent for IT and Marketing recruitment to build a trusted brand in the UK and US markets, enabling others to join our cause and grow at a sustainable rate.
