After many years working together for another agency, in both the UK and US, we got together for a drink in Austin, Texas. Unsatisfied with the direction and policies of our employer we decided a sole focus on KPI driven, money focused recruitment was not the answer for sustainable growth.
"Surely sacrificing short term gains to build trustworthy foundations with clients and employees in the name of long term retention is the answer..." Heads nodded, glasses were raised, Hott Source was born!
