Ross Monaghan

I’m Ross, a co-founder of Hott Source and hands-on recruiter within the business. I’ve been recruiting for close to 10 years, and I’m your guy for anything IT Support/Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and Cyber Security when it comes to my specialisms. I recruit in both the UK and US markets. When I’m not recruiting, you’ll find me in the gym trying to balance out my love for food and eating out. I like to travel and have lived in several locations; North Wales, Sheffield, Texas, and Manchester (where I have chosen to settle and is now my home). I am educated up to Masters level, holding degrees in Town Planning and International Marketing. Whilst I enjoyed undertaking these, I fell into recruitment and found my passion for it, hence sticking around for a decade and continuing!
