Tommy here, Co-Founder of Hott Source. I specialise in Software/System Engineering, Signal Processing, and Project Management. I’ve had the chance to work around the world in various Sales and Recruitment positions, in locations including Manchester, London, Crete, Sydney, Hanoi, and Austin. Growing teams in diverse cultures has given me many skills, and a broad understanding on the global tech landscape. When I’m not at work, I’m a frustrating husband, and new dad to little Frankie. I have a nuisance cat, JuneBug, who I stupidly flew to the UK from America. Outside of family life, I enjoy running, having a good pint of Guinness, heading to the comedy store, and listening to real music - anything involving instruments, and actual talent - a rarity nowadays! An Arsenal fan… which has taught me more patience and resilience than any of the above. I hold a degree in Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University, and work to honest principles, making a me a consistent and reliable recruitment partner.
